Camping, Hostel and Bunk Barn in the Yorkshire Dales

The Tan Hill Inn provides a range of accommodation options in the Yorkshire Dales. Not only do we provide bed and breakfast and hotel accommodation within this famous inn at the 'top of the world' and at the head of Swaledale and Arkengarthdale, but we also have other accommodation facilities available for campers, groups and walkers.

Camping in this remote wilderness setting provides a 'real get away from it all' experience, whilst 'next door' is the excellent food, fine alses and warm hospitality of our world-famous inn.

From 2007 we will be providing hostel-type accommodation in our newly-developed bunk barn facility.

This may be ideal for corporate groups, clubs and walkers. This is excellent walking country and is on the Pennine Way long distance footpath.
